If you are here, you probably received an email with information about your new email account.  You may access your email two ways … online through a web browser (like Microsoft Edge, Opera, Firefox, or Google Chrome) or on your own device using an email client (ilke Windows Live Mail or eM Client).  Below you will find some helpful info so you can get started:

Browse email online / Reset your password:

First things first, you probably received a really ugly password for your email account.  You may copy & paste that password in to your browser and email client and it would be really secure – but most prefer to change their password to something they can easily remember.  If you want to change your password, do so before you do anything else.  The very next paragraph will show you how.

To view your email online, and to reset your password, go to the webmail page on your affiliate’s site:

http://YourDomain.whatever/webmail

If you wish to reset your password – click on the black print in the center of the page: “Reset Password” and follow the instructions.

Once you are satisfied with your password, fill in your full email address and password, then click the blue Log In button and off you go!

Here are the settings you need to set up your email account in the most popular email clients:

 

Username: Your full email address
Password: Use the password you were provided on setup.
Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.org or mail.yourdomain.com

(yourdomain.org = the part after the @ in your email address)

  • IMAP Port: 993
  • POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.org or mail.yourdomain.com

(yourdomain.org = the part after the @ in your email address)

  • SMTP Port: 465
Security: Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
